Dr. Jectone Oyoo is a highly experienced managing consultant and strategic planning expert with extraordinary record of success in various industries, including banking, data analytics, training, entrepreneurship, and project management. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy. Dr. Oyoo is passionate about leveraging technology to help transition underrepresented communities into high-paying technology jobs in North America. He is the founder and CEO of Globilink Solutions Inc. which is headquartered in Kisumu, Kenya, and specializes in internet service provision. In addition, he has a keen interest in the entertainment industry, where he promotes African artists in the USA. Dr. Oyoo is also a strong believer in giving back to society, and he runs the Dr. Jectone Oyoo Leadership IT Experts (LITE) Scholarship, which provides financial assistance to students pursuing careers in information technology. He is a respected scribe and commentator on political economy matters in the US and Africa. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Dr. Oyoo is a soughtafter consultant and thought leader, helping businesses and organizations achieve their strategic objectives and drive growth. His responsibilities in the organization includes; making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations, responsible for expanding the company, driving profitability, and in the case of public companies, improving share prices and manage the overall operations of a company.
Brian Okoth
Director of Network Operations and Infrastructure
Brian Okoth is a skilled Network and Security Engineer with a keen ability and experience to build and understand complex systems over 7years. He also has experience of designing, installing, configuring, monitoring and managing network, servers and security infrastructure. He designs, manages and maintains top leading networking vendor equipment such as; Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco and Cambium systems. He also has a vast experience in related Information Technology and Telecommunications fields like; Radio Frequency Operations (Internet Network Service Providing - INSP), Cloud Technology, Data Centre Design and Management, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems and Cyber Security. He holds several professional certifications for IT such as: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Linux+, CCNA Data Centre, CCNA Routing and Switching, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Hacking Forensic Investigator, Certified Network Defender, Certified Penetration Tester and Certified Dahua Surveillance System Installer. His responsibilities in the organization includes; Ensuring network is secure from external threat, developing and implementing security protocol and measures, Network Architecture, Design and implement network architecture including hardware, software and protocols to support the organization requirement, develop and execute comprehensive network strategy aligned with the organization goal and objective, oversee the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems and other networking component. He owns Eclipse Company for car tracking and automotive diagnosis and he is the Managing Director at Rowiba Investment Company.

Through the technology ranks,Mervin holder of Bachelor's of Bussiness Information Technology From University of Nairobi, is capable of Learning from attempted breaches, analysing activities and continuously improving strategies, Creating and revising user instructions, procedures , and manuals, Identifing network strengths and trends. Analysing and reporting computer network security breaches or attempted breaches, Researching hardware or software products to meet technical networking or security needs, Improving system performance with routine maintenance and hardware upgrades, Backing up network data, Managing user access, setting permissions, investigating issues and restricting unauthorized personnel, Organizing files and records and handled other support tasks, freeing managers to take on more pressing responsibilities, Resolving networking and connectivity issues remotely via telephone and online chat portals, Securing network against intrusion, keeping software patched and system settings up to date, Documenting network support activities, Running monthly network reports, Diagnosing issues with software and equipment using software systems and different troubleshooting techniques to locate root cause, Documenting help desk requests and resolutions. Configuring security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
